On Halloween night, Scott, his nagging girlfriend Nikki, and his doofus best friend Marty venture into a haunted house to find ghosts, but after a freak accident involving a "poison pizza", they wind up dead and are now ghosts themselves. Trapped in the house forever, the three of them must now learn to live with one another while trying to keep their sanity.
