This film follows the Icelandic musical icon Bubbi Morthens as he lays the ground for his umpteenth solo album. Originally a live recording of the album was to mark the return of the troubadour and raconteur he was known as in the beginning of his career. Following the recordings this film presents a portrait of a national icon we all think we know, but few of us really, truly do.
