In the past, two major organizations, the Renjo-gumi in the east and the Yamamura-kai in the west, attempted to establish an oligopoly and brought about a systemic order in yakuza society, but both of them dissolved and disappeared. As a result, independent organizations have fallen into a chaotic state where they greedy for profits with ambiguous boundaries. There was a man who had returned from America.
