Adil is an assistant prosecutor, the only son in a patriarchal family. Currying favor at work in front of the boss, he "excuses" the family abuser in court - the son of a high-ranking official who beats his wife. One day, he wakes up in an alternate universe where men and women occupy opposite roles. In this world, he faces inequality and a biased attitude towards men. Adil changes his views on gender equality and decides to help a victim of domestic violence. His actions lead to his dismissal from the prosecutor's office, but he continues to fight for justice. Eventually, he decides to become an independent human rights defender.
