Antar seeks to cleanse the Tel al-Aqrab neighborhood of corruption. The villains of the neighborhood take revenge on him by burning the factory, which is a shelter for every unemployed and fraudster in the hill, Antar becomes paralyzed and the hill returns to its former state.
