She married her wealthy colleague in an informal marriage, but his family rebelled against him, so he left her and gave her the apartment, so she was forced to open it for gambling so she could earn money from it. She responds to Maghawry's advice and is content with renting the apartment furnished, and he marries her and gives their child his name.
