A plane is preparing for departure. The captain’s co-pilot has fallen ill, and replacing a partner right before takeoff is considered a bad omen. Passengers are already seated, and a performance of Jesus Christ Superstar is playing in the cabin. The captain wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a pleasant flight. But soon after takeoff, a flight attendant informs the captain: the plane has been hijacked.
