Locos del Alma is the story of a group of schizophrenic patients from the Psychiatric Hospital of Santiago who work on a play until its premiere. Most of them have been in this hospital for more than twenty years and it is a six-month documentary follow-up of their rehearsals and lives. It is the story of these actors, their way of learning, their games, laughter, reflections and their particular view of the world.
