Maryam leaves her son Majid on the street, and a man named Abbas Agha and his wife Fatemeh raise the child. Farid, Maryam's husband, is released from prison and later becomes very wealthy. Majid and his friend Hassan collaborate with a group of thieves led by Ghaffar. One day, Majid enters Farid's house and takes refuge in Hayedeh's room, gradually falling for her. Abbas, who knows Majid's real parents, gives Majid an incriminating letter to deliver to Farid.
