The director and producer of Blind Pig Who Wants To Fly submitted their film to the LSF. After a long-winded and corrupt bureaucratic process, the LSF's final verdict for the film was "Rejected with (Notes for) Revisions". The filmmakers requested a hearing with the LSF committee, which was eventually unsuccessful in producing a clearer understanding of the LSF's reasons for rejection.
