While passing by one of the streets, Fathi witnesses a heinous murder, and the perpetrators escape with their crime. While watching TV, he discovers that one of the perpetrators involved in this crime is a powerful official named Al-Adwy. Al-Adwy's men try to take revenge on Fathi after he breaks his silence, and he cooperates with one of his friends to hide with him, disguising himself as a woman named Fathia.
