Already in Goethe’s lifetime, these verses had been set to music by all kinds of composers. The newest musical interpretation is composed by Blixa Bargeld for the short film EIN GLEICHES. The film was shot in September 1997 in the area of the same hunting lodge on Kickelhahn mountain in the Thuringian Forest.
