Marc, a bicycle courier, attempts to escape his lethargy, shyness and alienation by living vicariously through the lens of his Super 8 camera. When he dates the attractive Julia things take a wrong turn and Marc has to face the consequences. Cloud Chaser examines the thin line between observance and obsession.
