The weekend is about to get very spicy for four co-workers who think they're in for two days of boring team-building exercises. What they don't know is that the occupational therapist, Ginger, is a mischievous instigator and loves to play with the sexual tension inherent in so many workplaces. Before long, colleagues are stripping down and hopping into bed with the wild abandon of teenagers. However, once the boss, Frank, picks up on the lustful vibes, peoples jobs are in danger.
