Tetsu Umekawa is a member of a motorcycle gang in Oita, who spends his time playing thinner with his delinquent friends and bullying the top students. With his natural good sense of timing, he rises through the ranks of the bikers and starts dating a beautiful girl, but this is short-lived, as one setback after another hits him. Disgusted with his hometown, Tetsu moves to Tokyo in a fit of pique. He moves in with his brother, a successful professional boxer.
