William Banks is a drifting con artist who’s car breaks down in a small Louisiana town. In an attempt to repair his car, he meets a crafty vixen named Charlotte who learns about the $87,000 in cash he ripped off from various people across the country. She plots to steal the money and skip town. But Charlotte’s boyfriend Tyler also learns about the money and plots to rip Charlotte off so he can leave town with the cash for himself. In a story in which all the characters are nothing but villains, only the strongest and smartest of the villains will get away with it.
