Joaquin (11) lives with his grandmother into Tenglo Island. Each day he prepares breakfast and gives her her medication. One day, they run out of medecine, and the little boy has to go buy drugs in the city. Joaquin runs long trails, forests and beaches to reach the boat and cross to Puerto Montt. There he realizes that he lost his money and continues to the city. Under the pressure and rhythm of the environment, the child after passing through several pharmacies, innocently decides to rob one, without worrying of what he steels. Finally he runs to the safety that the island gives.
