Jason Ellson, SOC, is a camera and steadicam operator. He began his professional journey shooting news and documentaries across Australia and Southeast Asia. In 1998, he became an accredited steadicam operator. In 2000, he relocated to the United States to follow his interest in narrative filmmaking. Ellson’s credits include high-profile films such as Hidden Figures (2016), Mulan (2020), Mortal Kombat (2021), Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021), and Elvis (2022).
