Joanna Montero is a Cuban film editor best known for her contributions to contemporary Cuban cinema. She has edited award-winning narrative features and documentaries that have premiered at major international film festivals such as Toronto, San Sebastián, Rotterdam, IDFA, and Sundance. An alumni of Berlinale Talents (2017), her editing credits on features include Wild Woman (2023), Vicenta B. (2022), The Extraordinary Journey of Celeste García (2018), Santa & Andrés (2016), and Venecia (2014).
