Farshid is an independent film director. An alumnus of the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), Melbourne, Australia. His graduation film was awarded Overall Best Production, Best Documentary Production, Best Achievement in Sound and New Voice Award in 49th Annual Graduate Film and Television (VCA). He was born in 1981 in Tehran, Iran. He started his career as a short film director when he was only fifteen years old.
