Anthony Lucero's latest feature, Paper Bag Plan, has swept the festival circuit with 13 awards, including 6 jury awards. Written and directed by Lucero, the film is in Oscar consideration on the Academy Screening Room. Paper Bag Plan was inspired by Lucero's mother and her dedication to Anthony's disabled brother. Lucero's directorial debut feature film, East Side Sushi, was picked up by HBO after screening at the Miami International Film Festival.
