Héctor Alindor Marreros Vásquez was born on September 4, 1972, in Cajamarca, Peru. He is the fifth of nine children. He teaches History and Geography at the Faculty of Law. From childhood, he was involved in theater, developing his career as a director, screenwriter, and actor since 1996. He is a prolific, restless, and multifaceted filmmaker, author of a substantial body of independent audiovisual work, including short films, medium-length films, and feature films.
