Hilusha Hewagama (born 1992) is a leading Sri Lankan filmmaker. In school, he excelled in art. Later, he got the opportunity to enter the University of Visual and Performing Arts. His first short film was Mutant (Best Film Audience Award, Colombo International Student Film Festival 2014) and the second short film is The Day.
