People’s Artist Hoang Tien Dung (December 31, 1956 – February 14, 2021) was a Vietnamese actor, film and theatre director who used to hold the position of Director of Hanoi Theatre (2007–2017). Renowned for his versatility and intense portrayals on screen and stage, he gained recognition for his plays in national theatre festivals and a series of distinctive supporting roles in films.
