Justin earned his Bachelor's Degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland and will graduate from MICA's Filmmaking MFA program in 2021. He is a filmmaker and DP-for-Hire serving the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area. His short experimental 16mm film, "Pixel Pulp" was an Official Selection at the 2020 Made In Baltimore Short Film Festival.
