Derek Powers was an American gay pornographic director, photographer, actor, and standup comedian. Powers was born in Vietnam but later adopted by a family from San Francisco. Powers worked as a stage actor where he worked in stage plays' The Immigrant's Tale, L.A. River, Nightmare in the Dream Factory, and his one-person show Goodnight Vietnam. Powers had also starred in popular television shows Married... with Children, Beauty and the Beast, General Hospital, and E.R.
