Rie Koga (she/her) spent seven years in Japan's animation and video game industry as a storyboard artist and a director before moving to the US in 2011. She started working as a storyboard artist on TMNT (2012) and later became an episode director. Furthermore, she directed a short film titled 'Turtles Take Time (and Space)' as a part of Nickelodeon's TMNT shorts project.
