He was born on 1 August 2003 in IST/Şişli. Growing up in a city where night and day blend together and everything is in stark contrast to one another must have greatly developed his observational skills; images, light and storytelling became central to his life. His interest in cinema began in childhood with the animated films his family showed him, which were his first real cinema experience; animation became a new lifeblood flowing through his veins.
