Reg Rozee is a Vancouver-based actor and retired Canadian naval officer best known for his "Webenezer Scrooge" role in the "Windscribe Christmas Carol" promotional film. He has performed in television series, commercials, vertical dramas, independent features, short films and music videos, and has received two festival Best Actor nominations.
