Milana Herman is an Army veteran who served as an administrative specialist in Germany during the Operation Desert Storm era. Milana is a mother to three children and works at Rock Valley College (RVC). At RVC, Milana handles financial aid for student-veterans. Milana is a member of the Rockford SheVets, an organization that advocates for both women’s rights and veteran’s rights.
