João Pedro Tavares (February 4th, 2005) is a Brazilian director and screenwriter from Rio de Janeiro. A film student at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), he is still in the early stages of his career, having already directed a handful of short films. His work ranges from documentary to horror to romance, reflecting his passion for experimentation and his drive to challenge traditional cinematic forms.
