Islam Zouanat is a Moroccan director, screenwriter, and editor, born in Rabat. Passionate about art and cinema from a young age, he turned to filmmaking after his studies in art. Islam began by creating several video experiments and music videos. In 2024, he made his remarkable debut with his first short film, Cellule 20 (2024).
