Henryk Jerzy Chmielewski, pseudonym "Papcio Chmiel" (June 7, 1923 – January 22, 2021), was a Polish graphic artist, illustrator and publicist, author of the comic book series "Tytus, Romek i A'Tomek" and a Warsaw Uprising participant. Posthumously awarded the Order of the White Eagle.
